Usually it takes a while to nurture lead into a property buyer but how can we measure each lead life time value in any marketing platform like google ads Facebook ads or any?     1. It’s explained in most drm books (like in Sell like Crazy, Magnetic Marketing or “Getting everything you can out of everything you’ve got”)

      You have to measure the average.

      And you do it by dividing the total revenue by the number of customers…

      If in the last year you closed 30 clients…

      And in total they spent $120.000…

      That means that each client 1 year average value is $4000.

      If you want to know a more long term calculation…

      Then you need to track back all rhe customers you had since you started. Then divide it by how much money you made.

      Example: $1.300.000 / 300 clients

      You could also make an estimate of your competitor’s numbers. Even tho you’re guessing most of the times.
